Town pages

Why does the town matter?

Every city and county in Middle Tennessee reviews building plans a little differently. Brentwood, Franklin, and unincorporated Williamson County each have their own building department and their own adopted edition of the residential code, and Franklin's historic districts have a separate design review. Septic permits in Williamson County come from a county department, not the state.
